How long will my purchase take to arrive from when I first order?
International shipping, we recommend reviewing our shipping policy and view the updated shipping times here to see how long it will take for your purchase to arrive. As a result of COVID restrictions, standard international shipping through local postage networks is extremely unpredictable during this time. We suggest upgrading to the express shipping if your order is of an urgent nature.
How do I change my shipping address once I have already placed my order?
Please send an email to info@rawninety.com and request to change your shipping address. Please provide us with your order reference number and your updated postal address. Please email the above address straight way with the require information. If your order is already in transit, unfortunately we are unable to change your shipping address.
Do you ship orders to any countries outside of Australia?
Yes, we accept orders from all counties and will ship our products all over the world.

What happens if my ring arrives and the size is incorrect?
We strongly suggest reading the sizing guide on our website if you are unsure of your ring size before purchasing. If you have purchased the incorrect size, then please email us at info@rawninety.com Please provide us with your order reference number and detail the correct size you require. Please note, if we do not have the updated size you require already in stock, then a new design will be handcrafted individually made for your order. The turnaround time for production is generally 12-15 business days.
