All our orders are dispatched worldwide from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
We offer both domestic and international shipping globally through our trusted partners Australia Post for all domestic orders and DHL Express for global orders. All orders both domestic and international are in line the below estimated timeframes and costs.
DOMESTIC - AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
All domestic orders are shipped via our delivery partner Australia Post who operate Monday - Friday.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Rawninety offers standard shipping at a flat rate of $7.00 AUD on all orders under $150 AUD.
Standard post can take up to 4-5 business days* within Metro Australian Areas and 5-10* business days within Rural Australian Areas.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $11.00 AUD. Express Shipping can take up to 1-2 business days* with Australian Metro Areas, and 2-3 business days within Australian rural areas.
We offer free express shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00 AUD.
Your order will be dispatched via Australia Post. You'll be able to track your order through the tracking email you'll receive as well as via Australia Post website. We recommend that you view your updated shipping times here.
INTERNATIONAL - OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We ship worldwide. For our international customers, we exclusively ship with DHL Express to ensure a quality and prompt delivery service.
We now exclusively ship with DHL Express for all international orders and standard shipping is no longer available.
We offer free express international shipping via DHL Express on all orders over $350.00 AUD.
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The below time frames can be used as a guideline for international shipping. However, we do encourage you to monitor the status of your order tracking for any unforeseen delays.
- DHL Express to NZ is approximately - 2-3 business days.
- DHL Express for all other international countries is approximately - 3-8 business days.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages. We will not be held liable for any fee, duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.
